What You'll Do
- Work a pipeline of provided leads many Spanish-speaking
- Quote, follow up, and close new business across auto, home, life, and more
- Build genuine relationships with clients in the community
- Hit daily and monthly sales goals and track your own activity
- Grow your skills and your income with room to advance as team leads and Managers
What We Need From You
- Bilingual in English & Spanish required
- Active P&C or Personal Lines license required (or actively pursuing)
- A dialer mentality you're comfortable making calls and following up consistently
- Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a desire to grow
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
