Summary
As a remodeler at Quality 16 Roofing, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for executing various painting projects that enhance the aesthetic appeal and durability of our clients' properties. This role is vital in upholding our reputation for quality craftsmanship in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Mix paints and finishes to achieve desired colors and textures.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Assist with other construction tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
- Familiarity with plastering, stucco application, and masonry work is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating paint quantities.
- Ability to work on construction sites safely and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
