Williams NationaLease is hiring a Diesel Technician to join our Preventative Maintenance (PM) shop in Springfield, IL. Our technicians primarily focus on preventative maintenance and light repairs that keep our fleet safe, compliant, and on the road.
- 1st Shift – Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Optional Saturdays available for overtime
- Level 1 Tech: $52,188 – $60,000/year

Level 2 Tech: $60,000 – $71,370/year

Level 3 Tech: $71,370 – $82,000/year
- Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers

Change oil, grease chassis, replace filters, and complete fluid checks

Conduct inspections and identify worn or damaged parts

Complete minor repairs and component replacements

Follow PM schedules to maintain fleet reliability and compliance
- Minimum 12 months of diesel technician or preventative maintenance experience

Tractor-trailer experience preferred

Knowledge of diesel maintenance and repair

Basic hand tools required

Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
