Lead with judgment, not admin. As a physician with NP Collaborator, you’ll provide clinical oversight to Nurse Practitioners (most are psychiatric nurse practitioners) across Georgia via brief touchpoints and structured quality review. We handle the rails—agreements, templates, reminders, payouts—so your time goes to clinical guidance.

What you’ll do (Georgia)
- Enter a Georgia Nurse Protocol Agreement with NPs (we can file with the GCMB on your behalf).
- Provide scheduled monthly consults/check-ins and periodic quality review per protocol.
- Offer case guidance on psychopharmacology, risk, and standards of care.
- Document oversight on our platform
Time & earnings (illustrative)
- Typical time: ~1 hour/month per NP
Examples (actuals vary):
- 3 NPs: $1,200/mo
- 5 NPs: $2,000/mo
- 8 NPs: $3,200/mo
Expansion path: add other licensed states to scale—many medical directors surpass $10k+/mo with multi-state panels.
Must-have qualifications (Georgia)
- MD/DO with an active Georgia medical license and active DEA
- Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or other speciality that commonly has oversight of patients with psychiatric conditions
- Psychiatric clinical experience (e.g., depression/anxiety management, psychotropic prescribing)
- Georgia residency OR active medical practice in Georgia (required to satisfy GCMB expectations for delegated practice/oversight)
Nice to have
- Additional state licenses (for optional multi-state panels)
- Prior experience supervising/collaborating with NPs
