Pay: $23.00-$38.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and skill level, plus performance incentives
Gillette Heating and Air is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our team in Spanish Fork.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in installing heating and cooling equipment correctly, working efficiently, and providing homeowners with a professional experience. While previous residential HVAC installation experience is preferred, we are also interested in mechanically skilled candidates coming from construction or related trades.

$23.00-$38.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and technical ability

Paid certifications, technical training, and continuing education
Consistent residential installation work throughout the year
Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and related comfort equipment
Complete system replacements and new equipment installations
Install or modify ductwork and ventilation components
Follow installation plans, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards
Assist with equipment startup, testing, and verification of proper system operation
Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field
Support newer installers and apprentices when appropriate
Deliver quality workmanship on every installation
Residential HVAC installation experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical ability
Knowledge of HVAC installation practices and equipment
Ability to safely perform physically demanding installation work
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable attendance and professional work habits
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
RMGA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
Experience in sheet metal, plumbing, electrical, construction, carpentry, roofing, mechanical systems, or another skilled trade may also be considered.
