Chick-N-Bap is a Korean American fast casual restaurant in Binghamton University. We have started here and have grown into several different locations in NY, NJ, and MA.
Easiest way to describe us would be like a "Korean Chipotle".
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team.
*Pay:
$17-$18.50 per hour based on experience (with potential transition to Full-Time)*
- we promote 100% from within the company
Responsibilities:
- restaurant opening & closing (ensuring smooth operations and setting up next team for success)
- food prep, cooking, and serving (following recipe, brand standards)
- be able to run shop alone with group of crew members
- report and be in communication with head manager for transparency and updates.
Requirements:
- Full Time availability required (including weekends)
- Vehicle for transportation required
- Okay with Seasonality (Fall Semester & Spring Semester only)
- Supervisor / Manager Experience with food prep, cooking, and serving at commercial kitchen
- Certified and/or Familiar with ServSafe procedures & HACCP
