This job is located at our Kalihi location. ITO EN (Hawaii) LLC is seeking a Production Formulator to work in our juice factory for the early morning shift of 3:30 am. We operate as "one team" so flexibility in job assignment is a must. Ideal candidates must be willing and able to learn all functions in our formulation process, including but not limited to calculating correct quantities of raw materials to meet recipe specifications, operating all formulation room equipment associated with the heat exchangers, homogenizer and CIP process. Training is provided.
Requires steady and highly reliable attendance to work. Work is primarily Monday through Friday from as early as 3:30 a.m., and must be willing to work overtime with little notice and occasional Saturdays
1 year experience working in food or beverage production environment is preferred. Will consider those with related food handling experience. This is not a warehouse worker position. Must be able to read, write and speak English and have basic math skills. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours. Requires lifting up to 55 lbs. Forklift operator experience preferred, but training can be provided.
Qualified candidates who are offered the position will be required to submit to a criminal background check and drug testing as conditions of employment.
