Wholesale Building Products is looking for two strong, dependable groundskeeper for our Hollywood location. This position will require the groundskeeper to clear lumber and other materials from our lumberyard as well as pull orders and support other team members.

Groundskeeper Hours & Benefits:
- FT Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Every other Saturday from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities:
- Help prepare customers’ orders for pickup, delivery, or staging
- Maintain a clean facility and clear lumber and other materials
- Physical labor (lifting, banding lumber, walking, squatting)
- Read basic instructions; operate hand and power tools
- Perform all duties with the utmost safety precautions
Groundskeeper Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English and in Spanish
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs and work outside daily
- Ability to work in inclement weather (Hot, Humid, Dry, Wet, Rainy, Windy, Stormy)
- Physical stamina and physical strength to lift heavy loads
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Enjoy working on a team and taking direction as needed
