We're searching for an experienced Submittals Coordinator to become a key member of our Project Management Team. In this role, you'll help ensure our commercial construction projects stay on schedule by managing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, closeout documents, and all of the critical documentation that keeps projects moving from award to completion.

What You'll Do
As our Submittals Coordinator, you'll work closely with Project Managers, vendors, architects, and general contractors to ensure every project has the documentation necessary for success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Review construction drawings and specifications to identify submittal requirements.
- Create and maintain organized submittal logs for multiple commercial projects.
- Prepare, assemble, and submit complete material submittal packages.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, vendors, and manufacturers to gather required documentation.
- Obtain product data, certifications, shop drawings, warranties, and samples.
- Review documents for completeness and compliance before submission.
- Track all submittals from submission through approval.
- Keep project teams informed of approvals, revisions, and outstanding items.
- Prepare and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Assemble project closeout documents, including warranties, operation manuals, and as-built documentation.
- Maintain organized digital project files and document management systems.
- Assist with procurement documentation and purchase orders when needed.
- Help ensure materials are approved and available before installation.
- Support Project Managers throughout the life of each project.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial construction submittal coordination or project support experience.
- Strong experience using Bluebeam Revu.
- Understanding of commercial construction plans, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with document management software.
- Familiarity with procurement and purchasing processes.
- Experience supporting Project Managers on commercial construction projects.

Work Environment
This position is office-based at our Sandy, Utah headquarters. You'll work closely with our Project Managers, Field Operations, Estimating, and vendors to help ensure every project is completed successfully.
