About the Role
Our Servers are the heart of the guest experience. You’ll provide friendly, polished service, guide guests through our menu, and help create the welcoming atmosphere that defines Oyhut Bay.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and provide attentive, elevated service
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain strong menu knowledge to make recommendations and answer questions
- Ensure tables, service areas, and the dining room remain clean and organized
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle payments and follow all cash‑handling procedures
- Uphold Oyhut Bay’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest care
What We’re Looking For
- Prior serving experience preferred, especially in a fast‑paced or resort environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of guest interaction
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Must be 21+ if serving alcohol (per WA state requirements)
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit and MAST Permit (or ability to obtain)
Pay: $17.13 - $18.13 per hour
