Job Summary
The Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices.
You'll expertly advise our customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.
This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will interact with dozens of customers daily — handling shipping, print jobs, notary services, and mailbox management. You will be part of a close-knit team where your attitude and effort directly shape the store's success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer viable solutions
- Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + Spanish preferred)
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule
Starting pay: $15/hr depending on experience and interview performance
Full-time: 30-40 hrs/week AM and PM

- Learn all product and service offerings and industry trends
- Process shipping, print orders, notary services, and mailbox rentals accurately
- Support teammates and cross-train across all store functions
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
