Regional MEP Lead – Miami, FL
We're seeking an experienced Regional MEP Lead to oversee MEP systems integration and pre-construction engineering coordination for large-scale hospitality projects across the Caribbean.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- 10–15 years of experience in MEP design and coordination for large-scale projects
- Hospitality project experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams through design and pre-construction
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Travel: Approximately 50% throughout the Caribbean
Pay: $165,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
