Position Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Cultivation Technician to join our team in Aurora, CO. In this role, you’ll assist with the daily operations of our cultivation facility, supporting the growth, health, and quality of our cannabis plants. Some experience required, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic are all essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning, trimming, and monitoring plant health.
- Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized cultivation environment.
- Follow all safety and compliance guidelines to ensure a high standard of product quality.
- Maintain accurate records and report any issues to the Cultivation Supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient cultivation process.
- Ability to do what you say you will, when you say you will, how you say you will without drama or excuses, and the ability to communicate effectively if something changes. Life happens. I have patience for ignorance and rare circumstances out of our control- but not for BS or drama.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older, and already have a green MED badge.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry and a willingness to learn and grow.
