Healthcare Sales & Business Development Representative.
We are looking for a motivated, hungry, and outgoing Healthcare Sales & Business Development Representative who wants to grow in sales, healthcare marketing, and relationship building.

This position is not only about visiting doctors’ offices. It is about finding real ways to build relationships, create opportunities, attend events, generate leads, and help bring in new clients. That may include visiting offices, attending community or healthcare events, networking with referral sources, following up with contacts, and thinking creatively about how to open doors.
The right person is energetic, personable, persistent, coachable, and excited to learn. You do not need to know everything on day one. You do need to be willing to work hard, follow up consistently, put yourself out there, and take coaching seriously.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with doctors’ offices, clinics, healthcare providers, community organizations, referral sources, and other potential partners.
Visit physician offices, healthcare practices, and other relevant organizations to introduce our services and create new referral opportunities.
Attend networking events, community events, healthcare events, provider events, and other opportunities where potential clients or referral partners may be present.
Generate new leads through outreach, cold calling, in-person visits, follow-ups, events, networking, and creative business development efforts.
Learn how to present our services clearly and confidently to potential referral partners and clients.
Follow up consistently with contacts, referral sources, and potential clients to build long-term relationships.
Track outreach, conversations, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software or internal tracking systems.
Work closely with management and the sales/business development team to learn strategy, improve performance, and grow professionally.
Help identify new ways to get clients, build partnerships, and expand the company’s presence in the community.
Represent the company professionally, warmly, and confidently at all times.
Requirements
Strong communication and people skills.
A motivated, ambitious, and self-driven personality.
Comfortable meeting new people, making calls, walking into offices, and starting conversations.
Interest in sales, business development, healthcare marketing, or relationship-based outreach.
Ability to follow up consistently and stay organized.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and be coached.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Prior sales, customer service, healthcare, marketing, or community outreach experience is a plus, but not required for the right person.
Must be reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, ability, and performance.
The expected range is $20–$35 per hour, with additional commission and bonus opportunities available.
We are open to someone newer who is hungry, coachable, and willing to learn, as well as someone with stronger sales or healthcare experience who can come in and produce results.
