- Schedule depositions, client meetings, attorney meetings, etc.
- Docket court orders/maintain attorney schedule/calendar
- Prepare, organize, and retrieve case files.
- Draft Legal documents and correspondence
- Assists attorneys with trial preparation and perform other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Proficient with filing on Odyssey E-File.
Experience:
- Some related experience preferred.
