Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Floral Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive beautiful arrangements on time and with care. In addition to delivery responsibilities, this position supports day-to-day shop operations, including processing incoming floral shipments and assisting the team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver floral arrangements, plants, and gifts to residential and business customers in a timely manner
- Load, organize, and secure deliveries to ensure items arrive in excellent condition
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery
- Navigate local routes efficiently using GPS or delivery software
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle
- Assist with processing incoming floral shipments, including unloading, organizing, and stocking flowers and supplies
- Support with general shop tasks as needed, such as cleaning, organizing, and basic prep work
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding delivery progress or any issues
Experience
- Prior customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating box trucks or vehicles with manual transmission is advantageous.
- Familiarity with load & unload procedures and route planning
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and moving items safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
