Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily operations on concrete construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring productivity, quality, and safety on the job site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead concrete crews (formwork, rebar, finishing, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks and manpower with project management
- Read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
- Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA standards
- Track production and report progress daily
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and logistics
- Measuring and ordering concrete as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of concrete construction experience
- 2+ years in a supervisory/foreman role
- Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, and forming
- Ability to read blueprints and manage crews efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial or public works projects
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
