Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand to join our construction team. This position plays an important role in keeping our yard, shop, and equipment organized, clean, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch period (Some Saturdays required)
Key Responsibilities
· General yard cleanup and maintenance
· Organizing materials, tools, and equipment
· Assisting with loading and unloading trucks and trailers
· Shop cleaning and organization
· Inventory organization and tracking
· Washing and maintaining company equipment
· Grounds upkeep, including pulling weeds and basic landscaping
· Supporting team members with general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
· Experience operating a forklift (required)
· Valid California Driver’s License (required)
· Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Ability to follow directions and work independently
· Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment (preferred)
· English proficiency required
