NOW HIRING: Front Counter Customer Sales Representative
We’re looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Front Counter Customer Sales Representative to join our team.
Pay: $19–$26/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the front counter and provide excellent customer service
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Pull and prepare customer orders
- Help customers identify the correct products and materials for their jobs
- Check pricing, inventory, and product availability
- Prepare quotes and process returns
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales staff to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time
- Process payments and complete counter sales
- Maintain an organized front counter and customer area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the plumbing, fire protection, construction supply, or related wholesale industry is required
- Previous front counter, counter sales, or inside sales experience preferred
- Experience with Epicor Eclipse (Solar Eclipse) software is highly preferred
- Experience with order entry, inventory lookup, pricing, customer accounts, and order processing
- Familiarity with plumbing and/or fire protection products and materials
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to accurately enter, pull, and prepare orders
- Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
