Aurora World, Inc., a leading soft plush toy manufacturer located in the Greater Los Angeles area, is seeking an experienced on-site plush toy designer to join their product development team. Primary responsibilities are ideating viable new plush concepts, category extension concepts and creating product art specs. Other job duties are market research, translating trends into product concepts, participation in brainstorm sessions and product/line reviews, presenting ideas at art concept reviews, and collaborating with other team members on various product releases.
Essential skills, experience, and education necessary:
- Minimum 7 years plush design experience
- Strong creative vision
- Collaboration and adaptability
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas through strong hand sketching and graphic program skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- BA in Fine Arts or Design

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
