Aspen Property Management - Canal Winchester, OH
Established Property Management Company is looking for a part time Manager to help manage our self storage property located in Canal Winchester, OH. Duties include leasing units, collecting rents, tenant relations, office administration, pursuing delinquent accounts, overseeing maintenance and maintaining curb appeal. The Manager will be supervised by a supervisor but must be able to work independently.
Candidate should have the following experience:
- Experience using business computer software
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Filing and Recordkeeping
- Able to perform light maintenance
- High School Diploma or GED
Schedule: 3-4 days a week, alternate Saturdays
