Responsibilities
- Sales Executive / Salesperson – Drive new business, manage client relationships, and exceed monthly sales targets
- Sales Manager – Lead a team of inside/outside reps, manage pipelines, coach on performance, and ensure KPI success
- Sales Director – Oversee multiple teams/regions, develop strategies, track team goals, and report directly to leadership
- Future VP-Level Opportunities for those with proven experience and global team-building success
- Close new deals and expand existing accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and manage pipelines using our CRM (Zoho)
- Monitor KPIs and activity metrics
- Mentor and train junior sales reps (for management roles)
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, logistics, and purchasing teams
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
