Join our dedicated social services team as a Wrap Facilitator specializing in Children with Serious Emotional Disorders (CSED) and Safe at Home (SAH) programs. Duties
- Facilitate engaging wraparound sessions that develop individualized service plans for clients facing complex challenges such as child welfare issues, addiction, or housing instability, educational or behavioral concerns, etc.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate resources
- Conduct crisis intervention and crisis management to de-escalate situations and ensure client safety during emotional or behavioral episodes
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns involved in wrap services, ensuring adherence to best practices and program standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and service plans in compliance with agency policies
Skills
- Strong expertise in crisis intervention and crisis management strategies to respond effectively during urgent situations
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles, social work practices, and child welfare systems to support client needs comprehensively
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and promote positive change
- Supervising experience with team members or interns to ensure quality service delivery and professional growth
- Familiarity with childcare services and community resources
- Excellent communication skills for mentoring clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
