Shower Base & Wall Installer (Training Provided)

Make beautiful bathrooms and get paid to learn. We manufacture and install cultured-marble shower bases, wall panels, vanity tops, and window sills for residential and light commercial projects across Wisconsin. We’re looking for a hands-on installer who’s reliable, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is ready to learn our system. Prior construction trade experience is required; we’ll train you on our products and methods.
What you’ll do
- Install cultured-marble shower bases, wall panels, sills, and accessories on job sites (homes & small commercial).
- Read simple drawings/take site measurements; dry-fit, set, level, and seal using adhesives, shims, and silicone.
- Perform light demolition, site protection, and clean work areas to a “showroom ready” standard.
- Use power/hand tools (drill/driver, grinder/polisher, oscillating tool, laser/4’ level).
- Communicate clearly with homeowners/GCs; capture before/after photos and complete checklists on a phone.
- Practice safety and 3S/5S (clean, sort, set in order) on the truck and at the job.
- Lift, carry, and team-carry panels/bases (up to ~100 lbs with a teammate and carts).
You’re a fit if you have
- 1–3+ years in a construction trade (carpentry, tile, solid surface/stone, glazing, remodels, or similar).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and an eye for plumb/level/straight.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable, professional presence with customers.
- Can lift/carry 75–100 lbs with help and work on your feet most of the day.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, checklists, and QR-coded SOPs.
- Bonus: experience with shower installs, templating, caulking/finishing, or light plumbing trim.

Schedule & travel
- Typically Mon–Fri daytime. Occasional early starts/OT. Most jobs are within driving distance; rare overnights.
