Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by performing painting surface preparation, including sanding, cleaning, and masking to ensure optimal coating adherence.
- Operate various spray guns such as conventional spray guns, airless paint sprayers, and powder coating equipment to apply coatings efficiently and evenly.
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly managing waste materials, cleaning tools and equipment, and following lean manufacturing principles.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial painting or manufacturing environments with a focus on coating application and surface preparation.
- Familiarity with powder coating processes, repair techniques, and painting surface preparation.
- Mechanical knowledge including the use of hand tools, power tools, machining equipment, and spray guns for coating application.
- Knowledge of safety protocols including respirator use, respiratory protection measures, PPE adherence (personal protective equipment), and safety protocol compliance.
- Experience working with quality standards in production environments to ensure consistent finishing results.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
