We are seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Designer/Sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape design principles, horticulture, and construction materials. You’ll be responsible for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces while managing client relationships and ensuring successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design aesthetically pleasing, functional outdoor spaces (lawns, patios, water features, etc.)
- Utilize design software and hand-drawing skills to produce scaled, detailed drawings
- Conduct site analyses (assess plants, soil, lighting, and architecture)
- Present, promote, and sell services to clients, meeting sales targets and production goals
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and crews through all phases of projects
- Research plant materials, ecological conditions, and market trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Design or equal hands on experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in landscape design and sales
- Knowledge of horticulture, construction materials, and installation techniques
- Proficient in design software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s License required
Work Environment:
- Must be able to traverse undeveloped land and job sites with uneven terrain
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity)
- Some physical demands including occasional lifting of 20+ lbs
Compensation:
Salary based on experience. Paid time off and use of company vehicle may be available.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
