As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will interact with customers, introduce available products and services, and help create a welcoming, positive shopping experience while working alongside a supportive team.
Compensation & Schedule
- Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission
- Employees in this position typically earn between $26-$32 per hour, including base pay and commissions. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance.
- Full-time position with five scheduled shifts per week
- Typical shifts range from 8–10 hours
- Flexible scheduling with business operations seven days a week

Key Responsibilities
- Become knowledgeable about current products, services, and promotions

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
