Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves conducting various quality inspections, performing data analysis, and maintaining quality systems to ensure the highest level of product integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, and HACCP standards.
- Perform quality audits to assess compliance with customer specifications and internal policies.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or issues related to product quality.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and analysis results for reporting purposes.
- Utilize vision inspection systems for automated quality checks when applicable.
Skills
- Strong understanding of ISO standards.
- Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing quality control processes.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices related to quality management systems.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Schedule is 7am to 4pm with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
