Job Responsibilities
- Determine Mechanical codes and regulations for the jurisdiction in which you are working and pull necessary permits
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience
- Communicate effectively with the office and your manager
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
- Other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the ASLAN Mechanical core values and mission statement
What We Need
- Work at a fast pace and complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Work independently and collaboratively with a team, suppliers, and customers
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- A working knowledge of ServiceTitan or the willingness to learn
- Push, lift, and pull up to 175 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record; maintain a good driving record in compliance with ASLAN Mechanical’s requirements
- Must pass pre-employment background checks
