Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage.
- Participate in tree care activities such as pruning and removal as needed.
- Conduct gardening tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Collaborate with crew leaders to execute landscaping projects effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Uphold safety standards while performing all tasks to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices is essential.
- Supervising experience is a plus for those looking to advance within the company.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and gardening practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
