In this leadership role, you'll oversee the daily operations of a residential home, mentor and develop your team, and help create a safe, person-centered environment where people we support can thrive.
Location: Hudson, NY
Schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Weekend Differential: +$2.00 per hour for hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential home while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.

Supervise, coach, and develop the Assistant Residential Manager and Direct Support Professionals to promote teamwork and professional growth.

Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage to meet the needs of people we support.

Support people we support in achieving their personal goals, building independence, and participating in their communities.

Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, documentation requirements, and safety standards.

Monitor program budgets, site maintenance, vehicle records, and required operational reports.

Collaborate with nursing staff, families, clinical team members, and community partners to ensure quality services.

Participate in hiring, onboarding, staff development, and performance evaluations.

Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for people we support and employees.

High School Diploma or GED (TASC) required
-
One year combined experience working with people with disabilities and/or supervisory experience

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to supervise, coach, and develop employees

Valid NYS driver's license required

Ability to complete all required agency training and certifications
