Kumo’s Kitchen Associates are responsible for preparing and assembling food with consistency, speed, and care while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys food, takes pride in quality execution, and understands that even simple dishes should be prepared thoughtfully and consistently every time.

- Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipe and portion standards
- Operate kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, and prep stations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout shifts
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Communicate with front-of-house staff to maintain efficient order flow
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen cleaning tasks
- Support overall guest experience through speed, consistency, and teamwork
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for food and pride in delivering quality, consistent meals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate items
- Food service experience preferred but not required
