Business Development Representative
Pay: ~$70,000 to ~$150,000+ per year
Location: In Person: Wichita, KS
Position Type: This is a 1099 Position
This Is Not a Desk Job.
This is not a call center.
This is not a position where you'll sit behind a computer all day sending emails.
This is for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping local businesses grow.
If you're self-motivated, competitive, professional, and willing to put in the work, this can be an incredible opportunity.
Earn $3,000–$5,000+ Per Sale
Spear Ascension Media helps businesses grow through professional websites, branding, video production, social media marketing, and digital growth strategies.
Typical projects range from $10,000–$20,000+
Examples:
- $10,000 project = approximately $3,000 commission
- $7,500 project = approximately $4,500 commission
- $20,000 project = approximately $6,000 commission
There is no cap on earnings.

- Meet with local business owners
- Generate new business opportunities
- Build relationships and referrals
- Attend networking events
- Follow up with prospects
- Represent the company professionally
- Help businesses grow and succeed
What We're Looking For
Marketing experience is a plus but not required.
We can teach marketing.
What we cannot teach is character, work ethic, integrity, and a desire to help people.
2+ Sales experience is required. This is a position for a Sales Professional.
