Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with attention to detail.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food handling and operating kitchen equipment.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by performing regular cleaning duties, including bussing tables, sanitation of kitchen areas, and food safety management.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.
- Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while supporting overall food preparation activities during busy periods.
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
