Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative licensed mental health professional to provide high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse patient population. This role is ideal for a clinician who values integrated care, professional autonomy, and working as part of a multidisciplinary mental-health team.
The therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy while collaborating closely with psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment planning and continuity of care.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents, as appropriate
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions)
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
- Maintain a patient-centered, strengths-based approach to care
Collaboration & Integrated Care
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers regarding medication management, treatment goals, and patient progress
- Communicate professionally and promptly with the clinical team regarding patient needs and concerns
- Participate in coordinated care planning for complex or high-risk patients when needed
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Maintain all documentation in accordance with ethical standards, payer requirements, and applicable state regulations
- Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements at all times
Professional Standards
- Maintain an active, unrestricted license in the state of practice
- Practice within scope of licensure and professional competence
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and ethical clinical judgment
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
QualificationsRequired
- Active license as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative care team
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized training and/or clinical experience in DBT, EMDR, or ERP strongly preferred
- Experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and stress-related conditions
- Demonstrated experience utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy modalities, with particular preference for Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and/or Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- Experience working in an integrated behavioral health or psychiatric practice preferred
- Trauma-informed approach to patient care
- Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth psychotherapy
- Experience collaborating with psychiatric providers as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
