Cable Drop Bury Technician — $25–$30/hr + Production Bonuses | Ogden, UT

Pay: $25–$30 per hour depending on experience, paid biweekly, plus production bonuses when your crew hits its completion goals — with additional bonus for every job completed beyond that.
Job Summary:
We install and bury cable drops across the Ogden area. Full-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00am–3:30pm. No Saturdays or Sundays. Steady, consistent work — we keep our crews busy year-round.

Duties:
- Hand digging and trenching to bury cable drops at required depth year round
- Operating boring equipment to route cable under sidewalks and driveways
- Installing and securing cable per specifications
- Restoring yards, sidewalks, and work areas to original condition
- Completing job documentation and closing out work orders daily
- Communicating professionally with homeowners on site
Experience & Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background check and drug test (Comcast requirement)
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all seasons
- Experience in cable, landscaping, construction, or general labor preferred — we'll train the right person
- Dependable and self-motivated — you'll work with a crew, not over anyone's shoulder
