Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients struggling with substance abuse and addiction.
Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to support recovery and mental health.

Conduct educational workshops and prevention programs for clients and their families.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in substance abuse treatment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensed or certified as a Substance Abuse Counselor (e.g., LADC, CADC).
Proven experience working with substance abuse disorders.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
