Description:
- Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the ambulatory care setting, providing full-time onsite care in Kingston, NY.
- This role involves coordinating patient care, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 04:00 pm, including rotating Saturdays.
- Candidates should possess strong nursing skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Requirements:
- AAS/BS in Nursing, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Current New York State Registered Professional Nursing license
- Current BCLS certification
- Current Infection Control Certificate
- Current Child Abuse Certificate
- Minimum of one year nursing experience in an Ambulatory/Medical Surgery/ER setting preferred
- Demonstrated experience with telephone triage and diagnosis procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years nursing experience
- Proficient in using computer applications and internet
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to make critical independent decisions and prioritize appropriately
- Telephone communication skills with empathy and respect
- Demonstrated knowledge of medications
