Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative team focused on delivering individualized care and improving resident mobility and independence.
Responsibilities:

Carry out treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist

Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility work

Monitor resident progress and report changes

Educate residents and families on therapy goals and plans

Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
-
SNF experience preferred
