Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Event Assistant to support the day-to-day organization of our spa studio and assist with event execution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of behind-the-scenes and hands-on event work.
- Prepare and pack supplies for upcoming parties and events
- Assist with setup and breakdown of spa parties and tabletop events
- Maintain cleanliness of the spa studio and inventory
- Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and workspaces
- Support on-site event execution, including guest interaction as needed
- Assist with local pop-up or tabletop events and promotions
- Capture and post content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Help track inventory and notify team when supplies are low
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with light cleaning and physical tasks (lifting, setup, breakdown) o Lifting no more than 30 lbs.
- Reliable transportation required
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly pay: $12–$15 based on experience
