Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration, and successful execution of the EFMP Respite Care Services contract. This individual will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with contract requirements, supervise key personnel, maintain quality assurance, and serve as the primary liaison with the Government.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily contract operations.
- Supervise Regional Coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Maintain quality assurance and performance standards.
- Oversee staffing and operational readiness.
- Prepare required reports.
- Participate in Government meetings.
- Monitor contract performance.
- Support continuous process improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for military families.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of five (5) years of program or project management experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal Government contracting experience.
- Department of Defense experience.
- Healthcare, Human Services, or Military Family Program experience.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
Employment is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of all required pre-employment requirements.

Pay
- Fort Liberty: $36.48/hour
- Fort Belvoir: $45.52/hour
- Joint Base San Antonio: $38.42/hour
- MacDill AFB: $35.95/hour
The duties are the same as previously drafted, emphasizing support to the Program Manager and acting in their absence.
Pay: $35.95 - $45.52 per hour
