Electrical Foreman
Empire Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects from start to finish. This position requires a strong leader who can manage crews, coordinate daily operations, plan ahead, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites
Plan daily and weekly work activities
Maintain productivity, quality, and job-site accountability
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
Prepare material lists and anticipate project needs
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and field personnel
Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards
Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project progress
Maintain project schedules and drive jobs toward completion
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate crews while maintaining accountability
Extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and residential electrical construction
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and coordinate project execution
Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
Fluent English communication skills (required)

Electrical Mechanic
Empire Electric is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Mechanic with experience in commercial, industrial, and residential electrical construction. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
This position requires a well-rounded electrician who can perform a wide range of electrical installations and service work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment
Perform electrical roughing and finish work in commercial, industrial, and residential projects
Install and bend conduit ranging from ½” to 4”, including EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit
Install switchgear, panels, transformers, disconnects, motor controls, and other electrical equipment
Perform service upgrades, main service installations, and electrical distribution work
Install feeders, branch circuits, and power distribution systems
Install and terminate wiring for HVAC equipment, including AC units and associated controls
Install and troubleshoot backup power systems, including generators and transfer switches
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
Identify and resolve field issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Coordinate effectively with foremen, project managers, and other trades
Requirements:
Extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and residential electrical work
Proven ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and NEC requirements
Experience with conduit bending and installation from ½” through 4”
Experience with electrical services, main services, generators, and HVAC-related electrical installations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Fluent English communication skills (required)
