Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders. In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your expertise will directly impact patient care by conducting comprehensive assessments, guiding behavioral therapy sessions, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and behavioral psychological evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths.
- Develop and implement evidence-based ABA treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique profile.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform adjustments.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services in various settings, including home-based environments, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
- Perform intake assessments and assist with diagnostic evaluations for new patients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and behavioral health strategies.
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments, functional analyses, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance.
- Prior home-based behavioral experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $55,302.74 - $100,000.00 per year
