Job Summary
The Director of Programs provides leadership and oversight for all Residential and Vocational Services at Oklahoma Production Center (OPC).
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered services, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and staff development.
The Director of Programs will help lead day-to-day operations of agency programs by developing strong leaders, improving systems, ensuring accountability, and creating a culture of excellence that supports both clients and employees.
Essential Responsibilities:
-Provide leadership and oversight of all Residential and Vocational programs.
-Supervise, coach, and develop program managers, supervisors, and coordinators.
-Ensure compliance with Oklahoma DDS regulations, Medicaid Waiver requirements, and agency policies.
-Monitor program quality, client safety, documentation, and service delivery.
-Lead quality improvement initiatives and prepare programs for state surveys.
-Build effective systems that improve consistency, efficiency, and accountability.
-Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning, program development, and organizational growth.
-Promote a positive culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and person-centered services.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, guardians, community partners, and state agencies.
-Assist with program budgets, staffing, and operational planning.
Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Oklahoma DDS regulations and Medicaid-funded services.
Experience with Residential and Vocational Services
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
