We are seeking experienced construction laborers who can work independently, operate equipment, and contribute to successful project completion.
Our team specializes in building outdoor recreation facilities, campgrounds, trails, parks, and public-use infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to travel and work on meaningful projects in unique outdoor settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled construction and site work activities
- Read and follow plans and project specifications
- Operate construction equipment and power tools
- Assist with concrete, carpentry, grading, and site development
- Mentor entry-level crew members
- Maintain project quality and safety standards
Requirements
- 2-5 years of construction experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to travel extensively
- Strong understanding of construction practices and safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Equipment operation experience
- Concrete and carpentry experience
- OSHA certification
