Position Summary
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Coordinator will assist in maintaining real-time communications with other Operations department leaders to ensure problem-free operations in Warehouse, Maintenance and Facilities.
Position Responsibilities

Ensure applicable warehouse processes are followed.
- Oversee the communications with the Logistics team, dispatchers, Drivers, and 3PLs.

Communicate with the Ship Clerks and other management team members on updates and status of various inbounds and outbounds

Ensure all Company policies and procedures are followed

Ensure proper documentation of all inbounds and outbounds correspondence

Communicate with RAW and RTE Warehouses and Supply Chain for updates on all inbound and outbound loads

Maintain daily shipping and receiving schedule
- Oversee and ensure all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) are adhered to
- Maintain satisfactory attendance to include timeliness
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Manage all inbounds and outbounds scheduling

Prepare daily reports based on warehouse inbound and outbound activity

Keep all schedule tracker updated.
Position Requirements
-
High School diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate is required.
-
One (1) year of warehouse, shipping or production experience required.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, is required
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Skilled in the use of SAP at a basic level preferred
-
Skilled in the use of MS office
-
Strong process orientation, attention to detail skills required
-
Ability to multi-task within a progressive organization
-
Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred

Ability to work multiple shifts, including nights and weekends as needed

This role is performed on site at a facility that regularly processes tree nuts.
