Weekend Tow Truck Dispatcher

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Prime Towing & Recovery is seeking an experienced Weekend Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently coordinate drivers while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Dispatch tow truck operators quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate service calls using dispatch software and GPS tracking.
- Communicate with customers, law enforcement, roadside assistance providers, and insurance companies.
- Monitor driver locations and manage call priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, dispatches, and customer information.
- Provide updates to customers regarding estimated arrival times.
- Handle multiple tasks while remaining calm under pressure.
Qualifications
- Previous towing or transportation dispatch experience is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dispatch software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
