Job Summary
We are seeking a team member with AutoCAD training or 3-6 months experience for a drafting technology position within our Dublin, Ohio office, to aid in the production of engineering construction documents. Daily responsibilities will depend on the candidates experience and will include; Receiving/modifying architectural drawing files to be used as backgrounds for our Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Technology construction documents and supporting staff engineers and designers with production of our construction documents. Training and guidance on-the-job is provided as needed. Opportunities for growth and development into design/engineering positions can be provided for motivated individuals interested in increasing their knowledge, skills and earning potential. Even though we do not provide any architectural services, experience in the Architectural field is beneficial, but is not a requirement.
The ideal candidate enjoys AutoCAD drafting, possesses stong knowledge of basic AutoCAD commands, and thrives in a collaborative environment focused on quality and precision.
Experience
- Proven experience in drafting within architecture, engineering, or construction environments using AutoCAD
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Experience working with construction documents is preferred, but not required.
- Experience using in Revit is beneficial skill set, but not required.

Pay: $22.50 - $26.10 per hour
