Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in coordinating daily cleaning schedules and staff assignments to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to uphold cleanliness standards across all areas.
- Oversee custodial tasks including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and sanitation management to maintain hygiene excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols during all cleaning activities to protect staff and guests.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, and laundry areas to verify cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Support team supervision by monitoring performance, addressing issues promptly, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing needs, operational challenges, or guest feedback to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services within hospitality or commercial settings.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety regulations applicable to industrial and commercial cleaning environments.
- Excellent managerial communication skills for effective team supervision and customer service interactions.
- Ability to lead by example in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and staff development.
- Prior experience in laundry operations or hospitality housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
