The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Tucson Airport, a 204 all suite hotel with a full service restaurant and over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, including to 2 courtyards. We seeking a Maintenance professional to help maintain our property.
Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all hotel systems and equipment. Your expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Depending on experience, this incombant that is hired will have the potential to be promoted to a leadership position.
This position will require nights, no later than 11:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays.
Requirements
- Experience as an Maintenance Engineer Manager or similar leadership position.
- Experience with Chiller systems, HVAC and Boilers.
- Experience with drywall repairs, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance / mechanical practices.
- Experience with pool and hot tub maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical systems, pool / hot tub and other hotel equipment.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance work.
